Satirist Al Franken stopped by a local coffee shop to stump for his national Senate campaign. I thought it would be a good chance to photograph somebody famous in a casual setting. I also thought it was interesting that no mention of his visit appeared in the local newspaper. Al Franken was a good sport with my flash, and didn't let it affect his speech to the crowd.
